- The business may charge cancellation fees of up to 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
- Refund will be processed within 14 business days from receipt of the cancellation notice.
Cancellation for Special Populations
Pursuant to Section 14C1 of the law, the following rights apply to senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and new immigrants:
- A transaction may be cancelled within 4 months of the transaction date, receipt of the product, or receipt of the disclosure document - whichever is later.
- Provided the interaction with the seller included a telephone conversation (including video call).
Non-Cancellable Transactions
- Products made specifically for the customer based on personal specifications
- Products that can be recorded, duplicated, or copied whose original packaging was opened
- Perishable products (expired)
- Services whose provision has begun with the customer's consent
